What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order using any of the following payment methods: AMEX, VISA, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, and PayPal.

What size are the Journals?

All journals are A5-sized journals with hardback covers. The inside of the 2 current journals are  lined pages.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched, please email us at info@journalmyjourney.co.uk to cancel. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number once your order has been dispatched. All orders have to be signed for. If you are not home, Royal Mail will try 3 times. After this, they will leave a red ‘Something for you” card.

What is the return period?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund. Please ensure the item is in its original condition.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your refund request. Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 working days. Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
