Journal My Journey offers a meaningful vendor experience focused on mental health, self-reflection, and emotional growth. At your event, we provide a dedicated pop-up table featuring our inspirational journals, mental wellness products, and branded apparel — all designed to encourage self-expression and healing through the power of journaling. As vendors, we do more than sell — we spark conversations. Our presence creates a safe space for guests to explore the importance of journaling, emotional wellbeing, and men’s mental health in a relatable and accessible way. Book our vendor service to bring purpose, depth, and meaningful engagement to your next event.


Cancellation Policy

Journal My Journey | Speaking Engagements To confirm your booking with Nathaniel McLean and Journal My Journey, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. This policy ensures commitment from both parties and allows us to allocate time and resources accordingly. 💳 Deposit & Payment Terms A £50 deposit is required to secure your chosen date and speaking format. The remaining balance is to be paid no later than 5 working days before the event. Bookings made within 7 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds The £50 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellation by the client. If you cancel with at least 7 days’ notice, any additional payment beyond the deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, unless under exceptional circumstances at our discretion. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly at journalmyjourney@gmail.com. All cancellations are subject to our terms and deposit policy. 🔄 Rescheduling Events may be rescheduled once, free of charge, if at least 7 days’ notice is provided. Additional reschedules or those made with less than 7 days’ notice may incur a £25 rescheduling fee. 👥 Safeguarding & Confidentiality All discussions, particularly those involving mental health, will be handled with care, professionalism, and in accordance with safeguarding best practices. Any personal or sensitive information shared with Journal My Journey will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed without written consent, unless there is a legal or safeguarding obligation. ⚖️ Rights & Content Any photos, videos, or recordings from the event involving Nathaniel McLean or Journal My Journey may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
